Returns, Exchanges & Resizes
At Hartine, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we have a comprehensive policy in place to ensure your satisfaction. Read on to learn more about our returns, exchanges, and resizing process.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

They will provide you with a return authorization number and guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Gold: 100% of the prevailing market value
Lab Grown Diamonds / Mined Diamonds: 80% of the prevailing market value
Exchanges / Upgrade Policy
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. They will assist you in finding the perfect replacement and provide you with an exchange authorization number.
Similar to returns, the item for exchange must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Once we receive your exchanged item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, the new item will be shipped to you within 3 business days.
- Exchange or upgrade your jewelry anytime in the future.
- Get credit at prevailing price of metal @ 100% and diamond @ 90% of the goods exchanged except for making charges and taxes.
- In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, proportional amount would be deducted from exchange value.
- Making charges & taxes would be deducted from the exchange value offered.
Resizing
We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial when it comes to engagement rings. If you need to resize your ring, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery. They will guide you through the resizing process and provide you with a resizing authorization number.
Resizing is available for most of our ring designs, but please note that certain styles may have limitations. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information and options available for your specific ring.
It's important to note that resizing may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to you before proceeding with the resizing process. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with resizing.
Once the resizing is complete, we will ship the resized ring back to you within 7 business days.
